Extra virgin · Protein

POWER EVO

The first protein extra virgin olive oil. Made for training, recovery, and the table.

30 g protein per 100 g of oil

Spirulina Complete plant protein and phycocyanin
Pea protein Lysine and plant BCAAs
Extra virgin olive oil Oleic acid and hydroxytyrosol
Lecithin The amphiphilic bridge that holds the matrix

The formula

Four plant ingredients.
One stable phase.

Oil and algae do not look for each other. Lecithin forces them to speak. Pea protein closes the amino profile. Entirely plant-based.

Two lines: classic green spirulina, or blue spirulina — phycocyanin-forward. Same 30 g protein per 100 g.

30 g protein per 100 g of oil

  1. Cold extra virgin olive oil

Oleic acid, hydroxytyrosol, tocopherols. A noble, oxidatively stable lipid vehicle.

  2. Spirulina

Complete protein, phycocyanin, iron, chlorophyll. Density that oil alone cannot carry.

  3. Pea protein

Plant lysine and BCAAs. Complements spirulina. No whey, no animal fraction.

  4. Vegetable lecithin

Amphiphilic phospholipids. Hydrophilic head, lipophilic tails. Without it, the formula splits.

The chemistry

EVO + spirulina.
On paper, a conflict.

Extra virgin is a lipid phase. Spirulina is protein, pigment, water. Chemically they repel. That is exactly why the combination is serious.

01

The lecithin bridge

Phosphatidylcholine is amphiphilic. It builds a stable micro-dispersion: algae protein held inside the oil, not a dressing that breaks in the bottle.

02

Two antioxidant axes

Hydroxytyrosol and oleuropein from the olive. Phycocyanin from spirulina. Different chemical classes, one job: oxidative stress, in the oil and in the athlete.

03

Amino acids in noble fat

Pea brings lysine. Spirulina widens the essentials. Oleic acid carries the matrix. Not a shaker. A lipid system.

Performance

Stronger from
the inside out.

01

Plant proteins

Spirulina and pea, held in a fat-soluble matrix. No whey, no collagen.

02

Polyphenols + phycocyanin

Olive phenolics and spirulina pigment: two redox systems in one spoon.

03

Heart health

The extra virgin base remains a cornerstone of athletic nutrition.

04

Immunity support

Antioxidant load for athletes under repeated training stress.

05

Natural energy

Clean lipids plus micronutrients. No stimulants, no crash.

06

Recovery & endurance

Built for the hours after the session, not only the plate.

Why POWER EVO

Standard oil, or a working tool.

Conventional EVOO

  • Noble fats only
  • Virtually no protein
  • Kitchen use
  • Natural antioxidants

POWER EVO

  • EVO plus spirulina, pea protein, lecithin
  • 30 g protein per 100 g of oil
  • Table and training ritual
  • Concentrated phenolic profile

Protocol

One spoon.
Taken seriously.

Always raw. Heat is the enemy of the formula. Three uses, same discipline.

01

Morning

One tablespoon, empty stomach. Green, bitter, precise.

02

Post-session

On eggs, rice, yogurt or grilled vegetables. Recovery with character.

03

At the table

Pesto, raw fish, legumes, bread. The condiment becomes part of the plan.

FAQ

Direct answers.

What is the blue variant?

POWER EVO BLUE uses blue spirulina, rich in phycocyanin. Same plant matrix, same 30 g protein per 100 g. A cleaner blue-green profile, less chlorophyll taste.

How much protein is in it?

30 g of plant protein per 100 g of oil, from spirulina and pea, held by lecithin. About 4 g per tablespoon.

What is a protein olive oil?

POWER EVO is extra virgin olive oil emulsified with spirulina, pea protein and vegetable lecithin. A plant condiment, not a shaker powder.

Is it 100% plant-based?

Yes. Olive oil, spirulina, pea protein, vegetable lecithin. No whey, no collagen, no animal fraction.

Does it taste like oil or like a supplement?

It tastes like oil: fruity, bitter, peppery. The protein matrix does not mask the extra virgin profile. It makes it denser.

Can I cook with it?

Use it raw. High heat damages polyphenols and the structure of the blend. Finish a dish with it, or take it as a protocol.

Is it only for athletes?

It was designed for people who train. It remains a premium extra virgin for the whole table.

When does the first batch ship?

Pre-order closes the micro-batch. Italian shipping starts when the dark glass leaves the mill-lab. You will be notified by email.
